1) NDA, print and sign your portion, send back

2) NDA, Ashton prints and signs it back to you

3) A link for the consent form will be sent, you can either agree or disagree

4) Product will be sent to you with tracking & a link for a survey will be sent to your email (password protected)

5) Once you receive your package, you will have the password to enter the survey

6) All information regarding it's use will be available via the survey

7) Once you are done with the product for your personal use & survey responding, I ask that you destroy the item as per the NDA.
